We are please to offer an option for you to park a vehicle, boat or RV (any item to be sold must be approved first) and sell it from our location. CANYON LAKE SELF STORAGE IS IN A HIGH TRAFFIC AREA! Thousands of cars per day drive past our location, providing a high-visibility spot from which to sell a vehicle. Rental rates are based on the length of item being sold.

In general, the rates are:

Vehicle up to 20 feet in length (including trailer) $35.00 per month;

20 feet to 35 feet in length (including trailer) $50 per month;

over 35 feet in length (including trailer) $75 per month;

Unless approved by management, no vehicle may be offered on-site as a park and sell item for more than 2 months.

HOW IT WORKS:

1.  Call us to arrange for a park and sell agreement. DO NOT PARK A VEHICLE ON THE FACILITY GROUNDS WITHOUT HAVING AN AGREEMENT WITH US FIRST!!! If you park without authorization, it may get towed away before you get lucky and sell it! Please, just call first.

2.  Sign a park-and-sell agreement. This is NOT a storage agreement; it is a parking space rental agreement, similar to what you agree to (whether you know it or not!) when you park at an airport, or put money in a meter in downtown San Antonio. A park-and-sell space rental allows you to park for a specified time in an agreed location. Again, park-and-sell agreements are not storage agreements!

3.  Obey the rules. What are the rules?

a) Common sense and common courtesy apply. Be safe, be nice!

b) If we approve your vehicle for sale, you may place TWO and only two advertisements in the vehicle. These advertisements can be no larger than the size of regular sheet of paper, i.e., 8.5" X 11", and must clearly indicate (at a minimum) a short description of the vehicle, the price, and a contact phone number. WE MUST BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU AT ALL TIMES AT THE NUMBER SHOWN. These advertisements must be AFFIXED TO THE INSIDE OF THE CAR; for example, taped to the window or windshield to be visible from the road.

c) No noxious behavior on site: No mechanic work, no oil changes, no loud arguing with potential buyers, etc. Management decisions about what is "noxious" are final!

d) You may come and go as often as you like; the vehicle can be taken for test drives, repairs, etc, and returned to the facility as often as you like, as long as the rental agreement is current and paid.
